The 200 m² apartment includes a large terrace with views of the garden and surroundings. Owners have access to satellite TV, private Wi-Fi, free outdoor parking, or a private garage. A shared, gated pool is available in the garden, used only by residents. The lagoon is about 300 meters from the apartment. Alcazaba Lagoon is the first of its kind in Europe, located near Estepona on the Costa del Sol, within the municipality of Casares—just a 5-minute drive from the beach.
